How long will my order take?
We generally process orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $49. Free shipping is offered on eligible orders of $49 or more. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details when available. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
What if I need to return an item?
You can request a return of eligible, unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Items clearly marked Final Sale are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law. Please contact support before shipping anything back. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer a U.S. return address?
We do not currently have a standard U.S. returns address. Approved returns may be directed to our facility in China. Our support team will provide the correct destination after reviewing your request. International return postage may be expensive.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change of mind or sizing-related return, the customer generally pays the return postage, including international shipping to China if required. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos; we will arrange an appropriate resolution without requiring you to pay return costs where the issue is our responsibility.
